I went to Go Outdoors with a friend today, to get improved camping gear, and outdoor clothing. After spending an hour and a half browsing the extensive range they have available, we received outstanding service from the girl with pink hair and facial piercings. She was informative, friendly and very helpful. A credit to the store, I will be returning in the future.

Bought a bike about 9 months ago and have only ridden it 2 or 3 times. There is a problem with the gearing and the chain rubbing. Phoned the store a few times to try and speak to a bike tech with no luck. Basically told that they won’t sort it due to a limited budget, they aren’t doing bike servicing and the bike tech only being in on a Sunday. Thanks for nothing I’ll take it somewhere else and rectify the problem myself at more cost due to your incompetence..
