One of the easiest shopping experiences I’ve had. Within 5 minutes of being in the store, Mikey picked out a bike for me and it was perfect. He also was incredibly helpful as he fixed the lock and lights I had just bought to the bike then and there. Would highly recommend!
Fantastic people, so helpful and thoughtful. I was given a quote to repair my bike by another shop of £170, Cycle King fixed it for £95. We talked through whether I should buy a new one or if it was worth fixing and they recommended fixing it. We dropped it at 11am it was fixed by 4pm. They were so helpful, I'd recommend them to anyone!
Just dropped in with a derailleur problem and Nathan sorted it out if 5 minutes, so willing to help out. Great shop! Happy to give them my business.
I have never shopped at cycle king before but the thing that caught my eye was their Christmas display. scooters as a sleigh brilliant idea I thought, so I popped in and bought my daughter a scooter for Christmas. Great customer service from Nathan, will definitely be returning here again.
