A very rewarding experience. Probably the best way to explore oxford and it’s streets. Our guide Howard was an absolute gentleman, and one of the best tour guides I have come across in my travels till date. Overall a very pleasant and highly recommended tour!

I am in no way a serial ‘bad review leaver’, but my experience with this shop was so frustrating, I’m going to leave one here! I was attempting to hire an ebike, emailed the shop a couple of days before, received response indicating it might be possible to have the bike dropped off at my house, which would have been useful otherwise I would need to get two people over to Jericho, and only one of us currently had a bike. I emailed again trying to firm up on the response, was it actually possible, costs involved etc and got no reply. Thinking they must be busy, and beginning to run out of time to make the arrangements I called the shop and was informed that the guy who made the dropping off arrangements wasn’t available to speak to me, and better to email instead. So I emailed again, giving information about where I live and when I was hoping to get the bike....received no reply for many hours...eventually received email saying no-one was available to drop off a bike that day. I replied saying I was unhappy that they’d essentially taken two days to tell me that, and received a very terse response saying ‘ we’re not an office and cannot be expected to respond promptly to email’....well guess what? I don’t work in an office either and had to make multiple attempts to make these arrangements within my working day...and why tell people who call to book that they need to email instead, only to say ‘ we can’t respond promptly by email’? I found the staff there to be rude, disinterested and unhelpful.

Terrible (electric) bike rental experience - we booked on line and had to call to pay a deposit, the person on the phone insisted for it to be £100 when it was £10 on the site policies. Then when we came to pick up our bike we waited for 20 mns, got a smaller bike than what we ordered and a different model and ... annoyingly discovered after 30 mns of leaving the store that the battery had not been charged and was 80% empty. The store gave us a full refund with a mild apology. Still a pretty disappointing day as we were a party of 3 (with two of us having our own electric bikes) and we had to cut short our bike ride when we discovered that the rental electric bike had no power.

Received poor equipment that broke, patronising service and generally a bad experience.
