Bought a really special Brompton from these guys - despite them having to deal with multiple requests many times a day with people trying to get this really nice bike when they are issued - they talked to me with good humour, and lots of passion and patience - Really like this shop and the people that run it - You can tell they really care about stuff (and they have some mega cool bikes in their wonderful little shop ). Would put all my trust in these guys - no worries at all.
Got messed around by this place. Phoned about a chpt3 Brompton a couple of months ago as they were my local Brompton specialist. The owner initially gave me a quote for a bike/bag/lights etc and I sorted out my cycle to work voucher, only to subsequently ignore my emails, and after initially telling me it would be first come first serve, I finally got through on the phone to be told I wasn't high enough on some made up list to get one.
