Was having an issue with my chain and brought my bike in for repair. Really lovely guy (I wish I had remembered to ask for his name!) fixed it within 20 minutes and even noticed some other issues that he offered to fix as well. Great shop with knowledgeable and helpful employees. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to buy a new bike or need a tune-up. Cheers!

popped in this morning as I was passing as crank cover had just come off when out on a training ride... the guys were super helpful and tightened it back on for me...and I was back on my way... no charge and done in 5mins.... awesome service from a great LBS

We bought 2 Frog children's bikes from here. One about 9months ago and the second just a couple of weeks ago. The second had a puncture in the first few days. Unfortunately the hole was right on the seem of the inner tube where it hadn't bonded properly but also meant it wouldn't mend properly. This was no ones fault, just something that happens. I spoke to Summer Town Cycles and the response from the first employee was very unhelpful and rude. That really set me up to write bad reviews all round. I held my breath and waited a couple of days to speak to the manager (Jonny). I am pleased to say he was very helpful and resolved the situation promptly and without fuss. Thanks you. Happy to endorse and recommend these guys (provided you don't get the unhelpful little git I spoke to first time).
