This is a great place to get most things for anyone who is sporty.
All sorts of equipment, clothing & trainers for a multitude of sports.
Also sells regular clothes and coats, whether its snuggly & warm or waterproofs.
Lots of sport related gifts too.
What more could you want !!
Very few staff about and when I asked for advice they told me to wait in a 'central area' where there were zero staff. Waiting in a central area is perhaps the opposite of 'social distancing' so I thought that a strange system and clearly no risk assessment done there. Luckily no queue at the cash desk but when I asked there to check stock they said they 'couldn't at the moment'. I took that to mean they couldn't be bothered at the moment. I bought the next size up and hope it will fit. On a plus side there was no queue to enter on a Saturday afternoon unlike Decathlon next door.
Never that many staff but that the reason for the prices, cheap good value for money kit.
Why did I have to wait for the assistant to finish hanging up stock before getting me the golf shoe that I requested. He lost the sale, but I'm sure the display looks great!
Had to queue due to social distancing measures however we didn't wait long. Shop was well stocked including masks and hand sanitizer. Staff were readily available and helpful.
