My daughter got a puncture on her way to school and GianPoalo returned my early morning call promptly and arranged for a mutually convenient time to meet to replace the inner tube. He was running very slightly late (heavens absolutely opened) and he immediately called me to update his arrival time. I really appreciate it when people communicate clearly and timely...things happen but if you are kept informed than you can work with it. He was professional, courteous and friendly. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
Came out very quickly and sorted out my problem. Even innovated grips to make improvements. Would definitely recommend and will use the service again when needed.

I got my bike broken in the middle of the country side. I called Oxford Mobile Cycle Repair and he came in no time. I was supposed to bring all the repair set with me but I had forgotten that day. Gianpaolo changed the flat tyred in 5 min and I got safely back home. Excellent service!
