Great selection of pre-loved bikes. We bought a child’s bike which my daughter is very pleased with. Always buy 2nd hand for the children as they grow out of them so quickly and great to know that the bikes are serviced and in full working order when you buy! Will be back again when the kids need the next size

Without doubt one of the rudest people you'll come across in business. Take your business elsewhere. We stopped by a week ago and felt we should ask if he was open as no bikes were outside and the place was a tip. He rudely gestured to the sign on the door which said open and said "See what that says?" We should have walked away then. We purchased a bike for our son which he said he'd kit out with pedals and drop it round our house on his way home if we gave him a call. His mobile number is in big writing at the top of his website. I called it a few times and it went straight to answerphone. I left a couple of messages over a few days and got no response, despite having paid for the bike a week earlier. So I went by the store to ask if it was ready. He didn't care to get up or put his phone down as I popped in and was extremely rude. Apparently it was my fault for ringing his mobile instead of the landline which is at the bottom of his webpage (not front and centre like his mobile). I told him I had never been spoken to so rudely by any business I had given money to. He's not one to apologise. I took the bike despite my better judgement telling me to ask for my money back. If it had cost any more I definitely wouldn't have. In short, if you like to be insulted and you hate good service, this is the place for you.
