Bought a couple of bikes from Mark as Christmas presents for the kids. I'm local, so wanted to support the local businesses...but I've got to say. If you're looking for a decent spec bike at an affordable price and would rather not line the pockets of some faceless internet giant, then this is a good place to visit.
Not sure why there's a bad review, certainly not justified. Must be hoax!

Destroyed my tyre in Wedmore and called Bicycle Shack to see if they had a tyre in stock, and they couldn't of been more helpful.. Managed to get a taxi to Burnham where they replaced my tyre.. Very friendly and helpful service.. Highly recommended
