Ordered a replacement headlight bulb and requested it to be fitted, this morning I got a email at 8:15 to say collection was ready so I got there just before 9am, there were no other customers in the shop (was during 3rd lockdown) but was seen to straight away, they asked me to take a seat in their waiting area while the bulb was fitted, which was considerate as it was a chilly morning! All fitted and in working order and was only about 5 minutes late for work, highly recommend this service! So quick and easy to do online and take to the store to get it fitted.

Just collected my new bike, 4 days early, and the service was excellent.
I have been to Halfords in Bridgwater 4/5 times over the last year. The staff are always polite, helpful and have product knowledge. Overall a happy experience in shopping.
Went to have a bulb, wiper and no. plate fitted. Felt very safe as hand sanitizer and gloves available with staff making sure people used them. Did my work quickly and efficiently. Very friendly staff and good service. I would highly recommend.
