The staff member we dealt with was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable in regards to the item we wanted to buy. He helped answer all of our questions and even gave us information we didn't know before hand, this made it easier for us to narrow down our choice of purchase and have confidence in knowing we had made the right choice. The experience on a whole was 10/10 - 5 stars and we will definitely be returning to this store for future purchases.
Outstanding service from Dan and Tony. Both had incredible knowledge and were very patient. Dan helped me choose a stereo and discussed fitting and Tony (I think he worked in another store), he helped me with bulbs for my car. He even offered to check that my car was safe to drive at no extra cost. I ended up having 4 light bulbs fitted. What great service. Well done Halfords, 2 great staff members.
I visited Halfords the other day as the beamligths on my car gave in right when it got dark.Ben and his colleague got the parts I needed and fitted them in. They were so professional and quick. Answered all my questions, double-checked everything before I left so I could feel safe driving again. They were really helpful. I really appreciate all the help! Thank you so much!

Two weeks ago I had booked to have my new car wired up for two dashcams that I had transferred from my old car. I found the Halfords staff at Yeovil to be really on the ball with my booking and everything concerned with my installation. From the guys on the service desk to the actual person that fitted up my car, they were all extremely professional, polite and with a good sense of humour. They all combined to make my total experience as easy as possible. I am very grateful to you all and thank you sincerely
