This afternoon we stood outside waiting to be let in.
A young man, staff I assume, in the foyer completely blanked us, as he played with his phone. After a few minutes we decided to leave. It would have been nice to have been acknowledged at least.
Found this strange for a firm that seems to project a good level of customer service.
As expected, customer service brilliant. Didnt try to oversell. Happy to listen to what I wanted and recommended 2 or 3 bikes at different price points. Shame that nothing in stock, but the same everywhere.
I've bought several bikes from rock and road over the years and the guys are very helpful and knowledgeable .
Wouldn't buy a bike anywhere else.
Amazing customer service from Paul, particularly given the current Covid issues. Couldn't have been more helpful, thorough and understanding of our needs.
Had my bike repaired and serviced, fantastic job, feels better than when it was new, highly recommend.
