Normally good but based on today's experience, very poor workshop service. Have complained, will see how the shop responds.
UPDATE: The owner of Bicycle Chain xall d me and we had a fantastic conversation. He completely understands customer service and welcomed the feedback. The shop have subsequently been great at getting my bike back to sort. Chapeau!
Always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Serviced my bike and very pleased. It's been a tough year but they have always been there to support cyclists.
Very helpful when selling you a new bike. However I experienced poor customer care when I experienced a problem with a substandard component of the bike. Whilst they were not rude they did not seem concerned with sorting out the problem only selling me a new part.

I have just received my new bike from The Bike Chain and they were absolutely outstanding throughout.
They continuously updated me throughout my order from purchase through to delivery. When i mentioned i didn't have a torque wrench to finalise the build, they included a £55 set completely free of charge. I couldn't recommend The Bike Chain enough.
