Most of the staff here are lovely. Unfortunately today whilst I was in the store there was a very rude and unprofessional woman who worked there. A friendly and perfectly polite customer requested she take the security tag off an item she had bought and had the receipt for as a member of staff must have forgotten last time. Before this customer even had chance to speak, the member of staff was rude, patronising, interrupted and spoke over this lady, who had with her who im guessing was her daughter. After abruptly giving the item back to the lady, the member of staff asked 'anything else' to which the lady quite rightly replied 'an apology would have been nice'. The staff member shouted at the lady that she could do without the attitude. The lady walked away and the utterly unprofessional and rude member of staff shouted after her so everyone on the shop floor could hear. She then proceeded to swear about this lady to the next customer in the queue. She had no name tag (probably because of the amount of complaints she would receive) but was blonde. How someone can treat and embarass anybody like this, especially a customer and get away with it, is beyond me. So much for Christmas spirit....

Great things to choice from and at good prices, and good staff, the only thing is you cant take back unless youre going to spend the money at sports direct, so not for people who havent tried stuff on yet.

We purchased a Treadmill for over £800 and we have not received it! They are not responding to FB, emails, Twitter and they seemingly haven't got a phone number (suspect this is due to the number of complaints they receive). Recommend everyone read the reviews online before ordering!!

This store just seemed messy and very cluttered. The clothing alarms were going off a few times. Didn't see any staff to help yet saw a member of staff rushing around on his walkie talkie. One of the worst sports directs I've been in.
