Very good service, helpful staff
This review is a little late but last month I received top class rescue service!! I think the chap that helped me out was called Andy but he was the AA and RAC and Green Flag all in one!!
My alternator belt had snapped and I was loosing power from my battery so I called in quickly as I knew my car wouldn’t make it home.
Luckily they had an A/B in stock and with the help of Andy knowing exactly what bits to remove to fit the new belt and lending the tools, it was fixed in the car park in no time at all. Major expense saved not breaking down on the A38 or getting towed home or calling out for a mechanic.

Went for a new battery, got lots of advice. Trustworthy, knowledgeable staff. Fitted battery for me. Perfect service would highly recommend.
Always an absolutely EXCELLENT service at this Lichfield branch! The guys here are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, they definitely go the extra mile to make sure everything is sorted in an efficient manner and always with a smile.
Prices are great, they keep a good range of stock, and will order anything you need in for the next morning if it isn’t on the shelf.
Andy and Alex are brilliant and rather easy on the eye too ;-D and the whole team are very, very good.
