Went in today 4!10!20 wearing face masks and cleansed our hands at the door. Walked down an aisle to find two women and two children all wearing masks .. around their necks. What a joke! Seriously considering online shopping is the only way to keep safe.
Went in today to sort a small problem with a gaming chair I purchased from ex display. Very happy with the customer service from Josh on both occassions, very helpful excellent customer skills and communication and very friendly.
Called Customer Services as a Pre-Order for Christmas had no tracking information yet. Turns out Yodel lost the parcel however they arranged for this store to get it too me in time for my Daughters Christmas. Saviours.
Went in today to purchase Lego for my son and he was given a free Lego set from the manager that was no longer required by the store. A very generous gesture and nice to receive excellent customer service. Thanks
