Drove to Stafford to shop parked up. When I came back could not open doors remote battery had failed. Headed to Halfords and once I explained they opened up the fobs putting new batteries in promptly and efficiently. Went back to car opened up and drove off so well done the gentleman in Halfords who sorted it out for me much appreciated.
Had a brake light changed here last Saturday. The member of staff who served me was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He got the correct bulb and fitted it there and then. I didn't have to do anything! Thank you very much. I'm so sorry I forgot your name
Very helpful, friendly and easy. Bought a bike, was given some advice about care. Cost overall was reasonable and bike is amazing for the price.

Visited recently whilst on business in Stafford. Even though there were major roadworks going on it was easy to access. Store was socially distanced well and plenty of hand sanitizer. I was served by Naomi who was very friendly and helpful. She ensured I had the correct part by double checking for me and never lost her friendly manner. During these difficult times it’s great to see someone enjoying their work and passing the enthusiasm on, a genuine credit to the store
