I have always found John to be amiable, helpful and responsive. Whilst he knows his subject, he is not condensending, treats the customer with respect, whilst acknowledging limitations, I.e. no overinflated promises. Have received good service to-date. I'll continue to visit his establishment.
This cycle shop is readily the best in Stafford. John is highly knowledgeable and gives some really useful advice. There's a wide range of bikes, accessories and parts in store to choose from. Best of all is that they will build a bike to your own specifications, whether that's a road bike, mountain bike or hybrid. Highly recommended.
