Spoke with Gary after an awful online experience with my last bike and what a completely different experience!
The guy couldn’t do enough for me, very knowledgeable, very patient. The only massive issue is i shouldn’t have used an internet shop and gone straight here!
Got me the exact bike i wanted, built on time, set everything for me in the shop, even offered to put it on my motor.
Service is 100%, highly recommend the guys 👌

This is a modern bike shop which embraces traditional values of customer service. I was impressed with the variety and high quality of the merchandise, the politeness of the staff and most of all, the level of expertise each staff member brought to the experience. It is obvious the staff are cycle enthusiasts and keen to impart their enthusiasm and knowledge to the customer. I went in today looking for a new saddle and although they had plenty in stock, they dissuaded me from making a purchase then and there, rather suggested I come back in a couple of days when they will have new saddles delivered to the shop, more appropriate for my ischium point to point measurements. That impressed me as they genuinely wanted me to have the most suitable saddle rather than a quick sale. Not sure you would get this from Halfords.... they are now my go to shop for great advice and quality service.
Fanastic service by staff who are very knowledgeable about their products. Most places too often don't train their staff sufficiently, but at Mammoth their knowledge and passion are clear.
As always another excellent MOT for the back, shoulders, arms etc. Feel very relaxed & flexible after the treatment. Very professional arrangements in respect of Covid - 19 - feel totaly safe.
