Always a good experience visiting the Tamworth Halfords. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Yes at the moment there was a short wait to be served but the staff were all very busy dealing with other customers not just standing around or elusive. The staff at this store have always been helpful and polite. I was collecting an online order which was ready, complete and correct. Would always recommend this store.
Went I to store to buy a mobile phone holder. Waited 10minutes to be served at the till. One staff member was top busy with a customer asking questions about this and that. Another staff member was on the phone and then walked away from the till. There was no acknowledgement about me waiting stand both the staff at the till did not ask for anyone to come and serve me.. a terrible experience on todays visit. It came to a point where I was just going to leave the product without buying it and walk away if they cannot be bothered to serve me or be polite then why should I give them my money
Great friendly service. Explained my needs and they offered the best product within my budget. Covid guidelines adhered to. Great team who sell and maintain the cycles. Will definitely use again

Brought a tool 36" tool box on Thursday but they didn't have the right key for it so I had to wait until Monday which I was fine with. Came to Monday and they told me they would ring me when the key was delivered, they didn't. I rang them and found out the key had been delivered hours earlier, Went and collected the key to get home to find out it was the wrong key. They told me they don't stock the keys in store so I have to wait for another key to be delivered to the store, so now I am left with a big metal box I cannot get into or do anything with. I also can't put it on wheels to move it around because they are locked in the bottom draw. Complete waste of time. Why they wouldn't stock atleast 1 of every key so when they sell a tool box the buyer can have a key i don't know. Completely messed about the entire time.
