First visit and really impressed, Rob was super helpful and had some great bikes.
Great high-end bike shop, with very friendly staff. I went in caked in mud mid-ride to buy a replacement for a worn tyre. The guy in the shop chatted with me and changed the tyre for free while I drank complimentary coffee. I even got a 10 % discount for being a member of a local club.
Great local bike shop. Excellent selection of Tour de France winning bikes, e-bikes, children's bikes and all the good stuff in between. Great service.
Rob and Adam were absolutely great and I love my new bike. You get a service here that you don't get in modern shops.
I have used these guys a few times now. From a full service, to a bottom bracket, to a couple of pairs of socks.
Always friendly, always helpful and most importantly always a great service.
PS. Thanks for replacing my gear cable without me asking! Not to be expected, but a very nice touch when it happens!
