Needed a replacement brake light bulb and wiper blades. Pleased to find no queue and went straight in. Asked at payment counter if someone could help me with fitting. The young lady used her headset to contact a member of staff who came immediately. I gave him my requirements and he quickly gave me a price including fitting. I accepted this and he collected the items from the shelves and we went outside for the fitting. This was done very quickly. Glad I didn't try doing the bulb myself! Back in store to pay. All done in 15 minutes. Staff very friendly and efficent.
got a camera and bike rack fitted by a fantastic young man today, it was done double quick and super efficient. He even asked me if I wanted him to look after my dog while I went in and paid. Well done Halfords.
Picked up a battery for my car what great service. Competitive price, easy to park, no queue and staff member knew all about my order and went to get it straight away. The member of staff was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, I was in and out in 5 minutes, superb!
