Service (inc cables and brake replacement) and a much needed replacement chain and rear set this week at Pedal Power on my wife’s commuter bike. It will now do another hassle free few years on the trip to work and back. She used it for work today and said she was there before she knew it. It runs so much better. Peace of mind too - a well maintained bike is a safe bike. Quick turnaround, very reasonable charges. Thanks to all and particularly Andy for the great work 👍.

Ordered a new Orbea Orca bike on Saturday and was dealt with by James who was very knowledgeable and professional. I was measured and asked lots of questions to ensure i receive the exact specifications that i need. Although its a long wait for delivery I'm sure it will be well worth waiting for.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, I became stuck as the buggy I use for my twins had a puncture. Pedal power went out of there way to find me a new inner tube but unfortunately this didn't fit, they then managered to fix my puncture for me, fantastic service! Thank you again!
