Booked online for battery and front bulb replacements at this store. The young lady service technician was very efficient and courteous and, together with a very easy-to-follow Halfords website, enabled me to easily identify and choose which battery I wanted. Fitting is extra but well worth it. She also fitted a bulb within a minute or so - which I was unable to do myself as it is a very awkward task on my make of car (Kia). Many thanks! 10 out of 10!

As a fairly new driver (and returner to casual cycling), I'm a relatively new customer to Halfords and I've been impressed. The staff are friendly and helpful and full of useful information for a driving and cycling novice like me. The products and prices seem good to me too. The free customer parking within a short walk of the town centre is another big plus!

Ordered a pre built bike for 3 year old granddaughter and booked a pick up slot. When I arrived was met by friendly staff who directed me to right section. Was so excited when I saw the amazing bike and the lovely staff member joined in my excitement, the whole experience was fantastic, well done Halfords and your great staff for delivering the best customer service.
