Friendly staff, and good communication regarding the status of the repair (gear cable replacement). Was good also to be informed what needed replacing on the bike without a sales pitch. (have now replaced the rear mech as suggested.
A few minor things to improve on - I don't think the shifting on my bike was adjusted with the Shimano clutch switched to 'on', as worked great with it off but not when on. Also, there was no end cap put on the cable inner.
Perfect otherwise!

Rang Micks Cycles to see when any new Whyte MTB stock was coming in. Two bikes had just arrived in boxes and that afternoon I was loading the car up with a brand new expertly put together and fitted 905. Great people and service and stock coming in all the time so worth a call to see if they have what you're after.
Brilliant shop and workshop, helped me out massively with a broken rear derailleur when I was miles from Cambridge, changed it super speedily and managed to get me back on my way home. Good people.
I bought a used bike to see if i liked cycling. Turns out i love it so wanted to upgrade my bike. I went to a few stores but found my dream bike at Micks Cycles. The service from the young lady was great and nice to speak to a lady. I would recommend going to this store - they have so many bikes to choose from and they kitted me out with everything i would need.
