A big thanks to Chris the mechanic at bury st Edmunds I went in this morning with a few problems and he sorted them all. Chris is always professional but very friendly and always up for a laugh and u always leave happy.

We were visiting Bury St Edmunds, and found this shop as we had left something important behind at home for our bikes. The staff are really amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. A good range of accessories in stock, and reasonable prices too, glad we fond it!
These guys are so nice. They adjusted the brakes on my toddlers bike, on the spot, free of charge. I didn’t even buy the bike there. Super friendly.

Fantastic service, really knowledgable team - couldn't recommend them enough. They helped me with a second hand bike that I'd bought as a present for my husband - did a quick and efficient gear service, polished it up like new and even helped me get it back on the bike carrier - and all with a smile.
