Bought a Wisper 705 from the Charged Electric Bike Store at Bury St Edmunds and have been delighted with the bike. Great service from friendly and very helpful staff. I liked that I was able to try out a few different bikes, which made it much easier to compare all the options. Good follow up service too.

Just bought two electric bikes from here. The staff Bernard and Reece (hope I've spelt his name right) were really helpful and there was no pressure to buy. They will help you choose the right bike to fit your needs with the knowledge to do just that. They go that extra yard to make the whole experience enjoyable. Don't be put off by the fact the website is under construction it is being overhauled, and please do not be put off that viewing is by appointment only, they explained to us that doing it this way gives them time dedicated solely for you which and in this day and age is fantastic. Big thumbs up for this great company Thanks

Recently bought our two amazing Go-Cycle Bikes from Adam at Charged Electric Bikes. Charged Electric Bikes is a well organised and clean shop, where Adam services and sells new bikes. I was impressed how carefully he handles his bikes and places them on his work frame. Adam was extremely helpful from providing us with all the technical information through to making our trial ride a pleasurable experience. There was no pressure for us to buy the bikes, his only concern was that we were comfortable in a physiological sense and were happy with understanding the technical side also. Buying our bikes from Adam made us feel rest assured we will always be taken care of and his personal admiration for cycling enhances his ability to understand what his customers want and making sure his customers are getting exactly what they want! Thank you Adam for making our experience GREAT! Why would you go anywhere else.

First class service from Adam at Charged.bike. Charged.bike seems to be a fairly unique experience with the guys there able to spend time understanding exactly what you might enjoy and how you can get the most out of your next e-bike. Touring the trails and tracks around the shop on the demo bikes it soon became apparent that what I thought I wanted, was actually replaced with something else, and after test riding upwards of 10 bikes of various styles, I found myself in an informed position and able to confidently choose a bike! My advice is, make an appointment and go and try some e-bikes... no hard sell here, just time and space to form your own opinion, but backed up by the team's knowledge and experience of these awesome machines!
