Very helpful gave good advice would definitely use again shop local
Best experience I've had in a bike shop. I was recommended cheap used parts instead of expensive new ones, and had concepts I've never really understood explained clearly.
The owner picked up quickly than I (a man) am ignorant about bikes and so dumbed things down for me but clocked that my partner (a woman) is knowledgeable and didn't patronise her. She said this is surprisingly rare.
Had my bike serviced at the Beccles store just before lockdown, and have had no problems on the many rides I've done since. Would personally recommend.
Matt said that he would service the bike as his own.
He was also very kind to the kids.
Very friendly to customers.
