A large store with a good range of products. I found what I wanted and at an excellent price...but staff member that served me at the till was indifferent at best.
Shame. I was really pleased that an item I had seen online was readily available in my local store...really took the shine off for sure.
If you can't be more than monosyllabic, then maybe retail isn't for you. If it is a lack of confidence/experience, then where is the training/mentoring from the company to build basic retail skills?
I should have left with a smile on my face, pleased with my purchase. I didn't.

Would be nice to have an update on opening times. There are lots of shop open for click&collect or return. We went there to return something as google map says the shop is open, but unfortunately it was closed. I’ve just seen the opening times was updated 2 weeks ago.:(
