I usually don’t do reviews but; Yousef, and the team are brilliant. If I could give the staff more than 5 stars I’d do it. Keep up the good work. If you want your biking needs taken care of go and see Bike Bros. They offer great value every time! My housemate recommended me. I will be sure to recommend many more people to Bike Bros.
If I was to imagine the local bike shop I want and need it wouldn't look too different to Bike Bros, if at all. I've only been twice so far and each time they have what I need when the superstores don't and online can't answer questions.
Everyone knows what they are doing there and have time to help. I fully expect to be a regular as I take up various build projects and regular maintenance.
They fixed my old mountain bike which had it's axle snapped, and did the whole maintenance knowledgeably. Plus I love my new red pedals. I would confidently recommend their service!
I went into Bike Bros on the recommendation of Evans Cycles who couldn’t help me. I was met by the warm smile of Yousef who immediately directed me to Ollie with my query about two tyres for an old Marin mountain bike. Ollie stopped what he was doing and immediately asked how he could help. He quickly ascertained what I needed and found the parts. I happily ended up buying more than I originally went in for because they were so helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them. When I need any other bike requirement I will go to them first.
