Excellent bike shop run by very helpful guys. Probably one of the best face to face customer service experiences I've had ,nothing seems like too much trouble for them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ace to anyone.

Absolutely the best bike shop. Toby and the team make the difference. It’s a pleasure to buy from them. Not only do they really know their stuff, they are also always welcoming, helpful and go the extra mile on everything. You get the same brilliant treatment if you are buying a spoke or a £7500 ebike. Fab.

I travel from Reading to have work done on my bike by these guys. Workmanship is spot on every time, advice has always be sound and they don't push unnecessary parts or services onto you. But more importantly, they don't lie to you. I have experienced lies from other more local bike shops. The team here are passionate about the work they do, you can see it straight away when you talk to them. They sell a great range of bikes that are not available in the more commercial bike shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants a no nonsense, honest and reliable job done at a reasonable price. Thanks guys!

This shop is amazing! I have a Orange 5 and I needed to get the front triangle warrantied. All other shops had turned me away or said it was another problem. This shop was very welcoming and listened to what I was saying and got me a new front triangle under warranty. Very nice experience with these guys and will definitely return to Ace Bycicles again!
