Such a friendly shop having been a Customer for a few years now it’s nice to know if I have an issue it can be resolved swiftly. All the spares and parts are on sale also ideal when you ride a lot solo and don’t want to be caught out.

Steve has been our MTB mechanic since 2010 and we cannot praise him highly enough. Always friendly, reliable, knowledgeable. No job too small (or big) and the delivery service is much appreciated. We think you'll struggle to find a better mechanic locally . Steve deserves every success with his business.

Highly recommended - drivetrain on my MTB was failing which can be any one or several individual components causing the problem. I initially took the bike into a certain known big bike retailer but they really didnt have the time or experience to correctly diagnose the issue. I needed someone with the expert skills, experience and customer service attributes that I thankfully found at Geared Up Cycles Ltd and Steve. I called the company and they picked up my bike from my home the same day (on a Saturday!). Steve identified the components causing the issues and replaced them. Bike was delivered back to me on the Monday and Im extremely pleased!
