A great experience from start to finish (which ended up in me buying a bike). Over about three months I spoke to most of the team there, but would single out Felix as someone who genuinely couldn't do enough to help – including educating someone new to mountain biking, like me. I took out two or three bikes for demos, each time the staff spent the time making sure it was safe, the right fit and more importantly, the right bike for what I was going to do (trail, bit of DH, bit of XC). I ended up with a bike I'm seriously happy with and is a joy to be out on. I couldn't recommend the Mill and the team there enough, you'll be in safe hands – even if you don't buy a YT bike!

Dreamy! Booked in to demo a Decoy and a Jeffsy with a mate in the morning, but decided we both needed Decoys. The staff welcomed us and were able to accommodate the bike swap and after a quick set up had us out the door in to the Surrey hills. We took out a large and XL which was very handy for the afternoon after we'd beasted an absolute mammoth ride. We got back and chatted more bikes, got some coffee's (gurt lush I might add) and managed to sneak in an afternoon ride on a Jeffsy and an Izzo! Trying out 2 sizes in the morning we knew the XL's were prime and blasted around some more. Can't fault this place at all, everyone should go! The staff were class, the coffee was lush, the set up is gorgeous with bikes everywhere. Covid rules were followed, they even had YT masks and some Punk IPA to throw at us. Spot on!

Great looking shop. Soon as you drive down the 3100 the YT logo is the first thing you see. The entrance to the shop is modern with a twist. Superb displays really show off the bikes that look even better in the flesh. Comfy sofa corner for coffee from the coffee bar. Welcoming friendly knowledgable staff. Highly recommend a visit.. credit card may be sorry but a visit here and ride on the bikes..you won't. Great looking place great staff , a credit to a lot of hard work and passion from the team led by a James.

Great selection of YT bikes to look at, show room is a nice place to be. Staff seemed strong on knowledge and helpful. Plus you can grab a coffee whilst looking around. My mate took a bike on demo for the afternoon. General consensus is, it's a lot of bike for the money. Good climbing and awsome on the downhill trails.

Really great new presence for YT in the UK. The showroom is unreal. It looks fantastic, with a chance to see and demo the bikes. The coffee area is a fab space. Team were super welcoming and really knowledgeable. It’s a fantastic addition for YT and I’m sure many owners and prospective owners will benefit from it. Welcome to the surrey hills!
