If you own a Kona, or any other bike for that matter.. use this store for servicing. Rich is the most helpful guy you'll find! Always happy to help and provide guidance on parts to buy, and always looking to save you money. If you're in the area - visit this store - best customer service I've had in many many many years!
Excellent. I asked for a full service but I only needed a basic service. They could easily have taken my money but suggested the basic. Also gave me a tutorial on suspension setup. Professional, knowledgeable & friendly - highly recommended.
I have used Kona numerous time. Both at their old store and just recently at their new location. Very impressed with the high level of customer service. Staff friendly and always willing to help you out. Covid secure and staff all wearing masks. The mechanics are very knowledgeable too! Highly recommend
I cannot recommend David and Richard enough. With local independent shops you get to deal with people who have years of industry experience and are fully invested in the business.
Chain stores have a high amount of staff with limited experience and high turnover.
Prices are fair and turn around times are good.
I am fussy with my bikes, they listen, understand and deliver what they say.
Glad to have them in Chertsey.
I called here today on the off chance they might have a part (KS dropper post lever) that nowhere else could/would supply and they had one! Not only that, but I got some brilliant advice on my DIY repair job and some other useful info on going tubeless to boot. I don't know the name of the guy who served me but he was fantastic. Thank you!
