It was nice and spacious, relatively empty, but with enough employees to deal with everyone well. The colleagues were kind and helpful, one offered to fetch me a basket because I didn't see them on the way in and another, I think the manager, was kind and helpful throughout. The stock was a little limited though and there didn't seem to be many deals on, expected given the circumstances.
Really impressed with the cycle mechanics. Really knowledgeable helpful and go the extra mile at no charge. Go there often these days and seems they've really upped their game. Well done.

What a gem of a store to have in such close proximity!
Out of necessity due to a puncture, I went into another Halfords and walked straight out not offering them my custom. This is the level the team are at in Staines.
Fantastically highly-trained and amazingly knowledgeable, it's always a great pleasure to visit your store.

Ordered a replacement battery online, the price was extremely competitive and coupled with a 5 year warranty it beat the pants off the competition.
The collection service was superb with the assistant carrying the battery to my car. 5 stars
Great service by great knowledgeable staff. Happy to go the extra mile and explain what was required and why on my car. Unlike a lot of the garages visited recently they were very friendly and didn't either rip me off or attempt to rip me off!
