Really appreciated the excellent customer service at Decathlon Staines. Found that the only size I needed was at that store, so completed a contact form asking them to set it aside for me.
Jerome (I think that was his name) called me the next day confirming that he had set it aside and it was ready for pick up. By coincidence Jerome met me as I entered the store and I was able to complete my purchase immediately.

Going cashless is taking away our rights to pay for goods , but still letting us tap a pin number in on a machine that a thousand fingers have touched without being cleaned , a huge contradiction that makes zero sense will not use again
I'm absolutely disappointed with decathlon in staines no one answers the phone and when they do they just pick up and put it down I'll be telling people not to go to staines branch no customer service
in spite of covid . all went well
