Great service and everyone working there is really friendly and helpful. If you are looking at buying a bike then purchasing through Beyond Bikes is well worth doing - the shop is well stocked and they give good advice, but the fact that the bike comes under warranty and that the shop has a good relationship with it's suppliers is really worth having and gives peace of mind. Beyond Bikes once found a crack in my carbon frame during a routine service. They contacted Trek and the entire frame was replaced under warranty and the bike rebuilt by the shop in under 4 days. Amazing.
Despite the global shortage of bikes at the moment, the owner and the staff go out of their way to advise and help choose equipment. it's like bike shops used to be - small, personal and friendly. ~Plus, reasonably priced!
Fantastic service. Bike had a mechanical fault whilst out on a ride. I was helped immediately with a fix to get me home and all tyres pumped as well with no charge. So so kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
Very grateful to them for replacing my brake cables at very short notice that enabled me to travel to see friends and go cycling with them the next day!
I enjoyed the traditional personal service that you can only experience in a shop. The product range (helmet) was extensive.The shop has taken a sensible approach to social-distancing without compromising service.
