Sports Direct

If I was able to give it a rating of 0 stars it'll be that. This Sports Direct is a shambles from rude staff to a shambolic range on offer to customers. This was the first time I had come to this branch and was absolutely outraged from the service I had gotten here. Upon entry, I noticed the secuirty guard who was always watching me and also followed me across the whole store and made me feel intimidated at certain times during my shopping trip, I felt like I had been doing something wrong but it was definitely him stereotyping and thinking I was a theif for some reason. I had been shopping for some new gym wear and thought they'd have good stock here so I thought I'd have a look. I couldn't find some of the items in my size that I was interested in and went to approach a member of staff and they could see me from afar that I'm going to approach them and the staff member quickly walked away as he didn't want to help me. I found that the staff at this particular branch aren't happy to be working here and are all just there to pass time and not help any customers. I found them all to be rude. I finally managed to stop a member of staff to check for a size and he was quick to tell me that all sizes were already out on the shop floor, I asked if it would be possible to have a look at the stock room yet they did not want to go that extra mile for me. This store needs urgent help and the Area Manager for this store definitely needs to take into account the staff and level of professionalism in this store is absolutely diabolical. I will never return to this store ever again and am hoping you won't either. If you want better service there are much better options out there to pick from. Avoid this place at all costs.

They are using the one way system and you have to wear a mask and sanitize your hands before you enter the store. The security at the entrance was really polite.

Good prices and friendly customer service.

Some of the staff here are very RUDE! My 1 year old son knocked a few pairs of shoes accidentally while in the buggy, one of the male staffs saw this and gave back a dirty look as I was apologising! Muttering 'Ridiculous' ..I wonder how these people even got the job to work here?

Quality of products are average, staff are nice here though.
