The managing director contacted me two days before Christmas to sort out number plates and delivery so I would receive it in time for Christmas. Outstanding customer service. Really pleased with the SR1200, particularly the box at the back that takes loads of stuff. The acceleration is excellent and it hardly slows down going up hill. Battery life could be better, but I think in this cold weather it is not surprising it doesn't last that long. Really good value for money.

In a world which is evolving rapidly and leaning heavily towards green energy I am happy to be a client with Eskuta. The bikes do what they say on the tin; but more than that Jake is a great guy, very knowledgeable about their range and his after sales service is second to none. Thanks for everything Jake.

SX250 After sales help quite frustrating, getting technical answers is very slow and they don’t seem to know about their own products. Delivery took 6 weeks. Battery range for me is around 25 miles (2.5hr) ride, having to charge it for seven hours every day even though the battery still have 3 bars or more left, still waiting for advice, was advised to top up for 2.5hrs, got stranded because battery ran out so wasn’t left happy. The battery doesn’t like the cold, why isn’t there insulation? Can’t see the controls in the pitch black country lanes I travel down. Like another user, very slow for motor kick in which is very scary when going round a roundabout, always get frustrated drivers hooting at me. Repairs are VERY slow, they don’t seem to understand the need to get the bike fixed, they haven’t made parts available elsewhere so you have to use them, I waited a week for a part and now having to wait 3 weeks now because their office is closed and they didn’t bother to solve my issue before they went off when they could have sent the part, my pedal bar has come loose, (aren’t parts supposed to be strong) reported under warranty 19th December, they didn’t sort it properly and they’re now closed until 4th January, I can’t really recommend this company due to the slowness of these repairs, I thought ordering from a UK company would be a good thing for repairs, they’re not at all proactive especially when you have to use their parts so you have no choice but to wait for them, you need a very good local bike shop to hand because call out from them costs £75 which I feel is unfair. I wouldn’t say that I receive very good answers or solutions although the CEO is very nice and explained a lot, believes in his product, I feel other factors let his company down. Positives, very stylish, high beam light is fabulous, feel secure having indicators and steering lock though obviously can’t use alarm when battery is removed, suspension excellent but I feel the manual could be better and if you’re able, do a test drive because you may get proper advice, I struggle uphill and round roundabouts because I’m afraid to apply pressure to the pedals to make the motor kick in so I get beeped at by car drivers constantly.

I love the eskuta sx250 bike they need to increase the capacity of the battery normally it takes 3 to 4 hours on the road and also they need to have a base in london and needs more engineers in their company otherwise its very hard to repair in london local motor bike garage don't want to repair and my one is second hand bike so during the pandemic I had to wait long and costed me a lot from them they have to charge me because bike warranty wasn't transferred from The restaurant called the Vindaloo their customer service considerably during the pandemic was good 👍 specially kacey baker and Sarah they were helpful .hopefully eskuta will do better in future and wish them well . I have had my eskuta for 2 weeks now and am extremely pleased with it my old electric bike didnt have enough range for me to complete as many deliveries and since upgrading to the eskuta 5 hours work pays my hire to own fee so any additional hours are mine to keep ,i often thought about using my car for deliverys but food insurance for a new driver is around 200 a month ,the eskuta also requires no insurance and at the end of your contract you own it where as insuring a car you are paying too use something you already own ,another benefit too using the bike is traffic conjestion severly slows down delivery times effeccting your profit margin also i found the eskuta team very helpful and polite and freindly
