Had the most amazing service from a young lady at the Nuneaton store. She noticed I was overloaded, asked if I’d like a basket, fetched one for me, packed it and took the heavier items to the till ‘to save me carrying them around with me’ then advised me regarding a purchase AND THEN she helped me to my car with the shopping!! No I’m not disabled, just really grateful to have received VIP treatment- thank you smiling lady, wish I’d got your name x
Went in for a bike for my nearly 3 yr old niece as a birthday present. The guy who served me was brilliant, excellent service and very helpful. Shame I didn’t get his name
Checked stock of the item I wanted online and popped in store. Item on the shelves and found easily. Quick purchase at a good price. New member of staff had a little problem with a discount voucher and gift card at the till but another member of staff helped out showing how to use them. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Fast service, no queue, the bulb I needed was in stock and fitted for me in about 5 minutes. Excellent customer service at a very reasonable cost. Would recommend.
Had a reverse camera mirror fitted done way before estimated time , was informed break light bulb had gone and asked if wanted it done which I did also the lad who fitted my mirror tidied some wires I had hanging from a previous job . They were all so professional and friendly and certainly treat every customer like VIP,s credit to the store thank you to Ben, Carter and Jimmy amazing job lads
