Been to the Coventry store a lot recently to purchase bike parts.. Got to say that the young man Niko was a tremendous help nothing was to much trouble for him.. Excellent service..
Good experience. Get the items you need, pop them into the payment box which calculates the overall cost and then pay.
Lots of sports items available. If they're not, then just use their online service which will deliver either to the store or house.
I used to love shopping here . But over the years the shop has got so small they never have anything in stock. And today after walking up to the store and trying to purchase I then found out that they only deal with card now definitely not impressed. As I do not have a debit or credit card I left without my purchase .

Rang before visiting to make sure they could do a tubeless conversion on my bike which they said they could. Got the bike in the car and drove there then queued for ages to get in to be told they couldn't do it until the end of the month, not impressed. Service is normally good though, in fact I hope they get the carbon fiber mountain bike I want in large size back in stock soon so I can order it!
