I have been using them for a few years now .
I have visited the shop last week and as always they did a great job servicing my old bike .
While waiting I ended up buying a new bike for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift , they have answered my many questions and helped me choose the perfect bike.
These guys know what they are doing and are doing it with passion and a smile .

Staff are the friendliest and coolest. The most efficient independent bike shop in London. I got my bike brought up to life within a few hours.
Even if you don't need any repairs, go there for dope t-shirts and rad socks.

These guys did a really fantastic service on my 6 year old+ Specialised. Covid has obviously caused some problems with customer service. They basically only attend to one customer at a time, so VERY big queues form, with LONG waits, but they can hardly be blamed for that. I had an issue with an item I bought there and they gave me a refund, so no problem. Be prepared to queue and wait, but the workmanship makes up for everything.
