I really can't recommend this store to my friends and family as the sales assistant gave me the wrong advise on the shoes I should buy... I am a slightly over pronator (as I have flat feet which he also confirmed) but he looked at the videos was adamant that I was a neutral runner instead... Bad advice, I bought the shoes he recommend and wore it in the house a day. The soles of my feet does not like that shoes, it was painful due to no support from the shoes whatsoever...
Good selection of products, competitively priced and very helpful sales associates. Will definitely be coming back here!
Very happy with the service I received in store. The staff were helpful, patient and attentive. They checked my arches and my gait and listened to my history of issues with running and helped me find not only the right support from a shoe but also fit. I did numerous analyses of my gait with various shoes, they showed me the videos, and ultimately I bought a pair that were also onson (and werecheaper than online). I highly recommend the store and overall experience
Closed an hour early for no good reason. Awful.
Great service and attention from the staff. I just returned my running shoes which, for some reason, got a bit damaged and not only did I get a replacement pair but I also got a stellar service. I have been shopping there for quite a while and it has always been fabulous! Many thanks, guys! Zurab
