I am a dad of 3 and we love going to the decathlon. Always a clean and tidy environment.
We can park our bikes inside, basket ball, football & camping area, plus some other gems truly make this a shopping experience. Staff are helpful and friendly enough. Has all your sporting needs and the self checkout is pretty cool..
This is a great store, it has two levels with disability access. The selection of bikes are brilliant too. You have a choice from beginner levels all the way to advance and professional road bikes available.
There is also an in store workshop available for bike maintenance and rebuilding by professional bike technicians.
This store boasts a huge selection of garments and sporting gear spread across both floors and and as always friendly and pro active staff! A great experience and only my second visit ever at Decathlon!
Covid has impacted operations so what used to be a great shopping experience is less so now, with no fault of their own. Longer, traffic control... And very hot inside. That could be improved, especially in this hot weather. That said this is the largest decathlon and nicest in my view. If you need one, this is the one to go to.
Easy parking good access customer service is not the best especially some of the French staff they speak to you as if your bothering them.
Fabulous large store. In-store bike parking for peace of mind (right next to the security guard at the entrance). Lots of areas to try products such as mini tennis court, indoor football area, rollerblade and scooter track etc etc. Spacious retail experience and lots of staff around so can usually get help. Free underground car-park for those driving, and very close to the station for those on the overground. Head at off-peak times, such as last cpl hours of evenings, nice and chilled.
