The best bike shop in East London. Recommended by my friends. Prices are great. Very straight forward and great communication with everyone. Took 5 days for the bike to be fixed but I knew that from the beginning. Busy shop speaks for itself. Oh and the bike feels like they have used some magic on it. It’s faster than before ☠️
Excellent customer service, they fixed my bike in the afternoon, very quick and provide some little extra services that I didn't ask for..
I will definitively go back there if I have any issues in the future.

I was asked to come back in 45 mins, so he could exchange the front tube. I said that I’d need to leave in 60 and he said that would work. When I came back after 60 mins he hadn’t even started yet. He than quickly exchanged the tube and didn’t even look into the origin of the problem with the tube. I tried to find out whether the problem was with the valve because I thought I had broken it with a new bike pump. He didn’t really reply to it so I still don’t know what the issue was and might have another flat tube tomorrow. Next time I’ll try to find a different place. Also, other places in Hackney exchange the tube for 10 pounds why he charged 14.
Brought my beloved bike for a service and repair into Stah’s on Saturday, they took it in and they advised that it would be ready on Monday. And so it was. My bike looked great and healthy. They had done only the work which the bike needed and therefore they did not inflate my bill. The service fee was fair, the job done in time. I have saved them in my maps as the repairs site in this area. Totally recommend them. Well done.
