Excellent service once again, made all the better because the parts are not widely available- so to find a business that supplies such parts, exactly as ordered, backed by experience, and very promptly too- top marks! The parts in question are Sapim single butted, 12/13g, spokes, supplied with quality nipples, and crucially, spoke washers to fit- these enhance the fatigue resistance, especially where rear wheels for E-bikes are concerned. With a busy mobile workshop, working on a variety of bikes and keeping stock as lean as possible. Any customer looking to replace a broken spoke or want a custom set of wheels built can cause a small business to stock in surplus parts, Alex Warwick has help me out multiple times to provide stock spokes or custom cut ones for various types of wheels.
Their knowledge around spokes are vast and with fast and friendly service it was easy for me to use as a supplier.
