Attentive staff and tidy store, the manager Rob was very helpful. Overall pleasant shopping experience.

CANT BE BOTHERED TO SERVE, ALMOST FELT LIKE
WE ANNOYED OR HASSLED HIM AS WE ASKED FOR SERVICE.
THEN HAS TO AUDACITY TO TELL MY KIDS NOT TO TOUCH DISPLAYS AND ASKS A 3 YEAR TO PUT BACK ITEMS ON THE SHELF.
IF YOU CANT BE BOTHERED TO DO THE TASK YOU PAID FOR AOR PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEN WHY BOTHER TURNING UP FOR QORK.

They don't value repeat business.
Not great. They hide their addidas shoes so it looks like there are stripes on them. You can't try the shoes on though so you get home and find out their are no stripes on one side. If you try and return them they have a no returns policy. The best thing you can do is not to buy from here, or sports direct. Just go on Amazon or Ebay and you'd get a refund. Let the high streets die.
If they'd have given me a refund i'd consider shopping here again or buying other things. Sadly they don't value this though so i'll not come here again. They'll just lose more sales to online.
