Booked my mountain bike in for a service online, dropped it off same day. Got a call same day to advise if some further parts needed so kept in the loop about costs. It need some TLC so it was ready next day. They have some quite nippy single gear loan bikes whilst yours is in. The guys were great, filled me with confidence immediately telling me what the service would do and extra spare parts needed. On collection, I was taken through what had been done and some advisory care for the future. Thanks Nip Nip 5 Stars well earned.

I couldn’t rate these guys more highly. They’ve just finished a fantastic job doing a sympathetic mechanical restoration of my 90s mountain bike. Incredibly thoughtful and communicative through the whole process, and a wonderful final result. So glad they’ve opened near us, I’ve no doubt they’ll make a great success of it.

Faultless service from start to finish!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Had my biked serviced with Nip Nip Tower Bridge and it came out looking brand new! Tarren talked me thoroughly through all the options, perfect customer service, was able to leave with a courtesy bike while mine was being sorted. Completed the same day, such a reasonable final cost and it tip top riding condition again. Thanks Guys, keep doing your thing x

I just had my bike serviced there, and it was an absolute unpleasant experience for me. As I came out of the shop, I immediately noticed some problems that my bike did not have before. One of them was that my rear disk break started making a very loud noise and no functioning well. Another issue was with the gears. They were not shifting properly if shifting at all. So I went back to the shop straight away for them to check and I was told that I needed to learn to change gears and that I was shifting gear wrong on purpose for them to fix it. I do not recommend this place at all.
