Service from Neil in the shop was excellent- really helpful. Bike great too, lovely to ride.
I had my bike serviced last month - was able to book easily online, drop it off quickly, and collect it when it suited me which was really helpful with some of my work/travel limitations. I think my bike had needed quite a bit of work but I was kept up to date and all the staff were super friendly.
