This showroom and shop is excellent. Great friendly staff. They always do an amazing job on my bike that I bought from them. I saw them helping out some poor guy who's bike had fallen apart unexpectedly in the road as well.
Fantastic service. Came off my bike last night. Pulled my hydraulic brake lever out of its socket. Took the bike in, and Chris was fantastic. He managed to find a tool small enough to get the circlips back onto place. It was fiddly, but he did it! He then gave the bike a quick check over to make sure everything else was working properly, and that nothing was buckled. Excellent service and free of charge. Ready to ride again!
I went in with zero knowledge and expectation about bicycles, I was quickly overwhelmed with options. By the staff there were incredibly kind and knowledgeable and gave me some recommendations.
I'll be back in a few weeks for the tune up service. Many thanks to a wonderful company but most importantly the great staff.
Evans cycles Crawley service today was brilliant thanks to Chris Lee in the Workshop. I went in to replace the tyres and Chris went above and beyond
helping me. Not only did he explain how to use the shifters properly on my new bike (Not purchased from Evans) but also checked my gears and adjusted my brakes. BRILLIANT Service. 👏
Received an excellent quick and professional bike service today. David, the mechanic tending to my bike, was really nice and tweaked the gears further to my liking after I gave it a test ride. Would definitely recommend.
